We deliver only within Rwanda.
Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if an item is lost while in our possession before delivery.
Once an item is delivered to the customer or their designated recipient, Nkuba Shop is no longer responsible.
No refunds are given for change of mind, wrong item ordered by the customer, or loss/damage after delivery.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices.
Minor variations in product appearance (color, packaging, etc.) may occur.
Nkuba Shop is not responsible for errors in product details but will correct them as soon as identified.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nkuba Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
