Refund Policy – Nkuba Shop (Rwanda)

At Nkuba Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are provided.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued if your order is lost while in our possession (before it is successfully delivered to you).
Once the item has been delivered to the address or person you provided, we are no longer responsible, and no refund will be given.
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as:
Change of mind.
Wrong item ordered by the customer.
Items damaged or lost after successful delivery.
2. Process for Refunds
If your order is lost while under Nkuba Shop’s control, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate and confirm whether the item was lost in our possession.
Once confirmed, a refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for purchase (e.g., Mobile Money, bank transfer).
3. Timeframe for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed immediately after confirmation.
