Refund Policy – Nkuba Shop (Rwanda)

At Nkuba Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are provided.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if your order is lost while in our possession (before it is successfully delivered to you).

  • Once the item has been delivered to the address or person you provided, we are no longer responsible, and no refund will be given.

  • Refunds are not provided for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind.

    • Wrong item ordered by the customer.

    • Items damaged or lost after successful delivery.


2. Process for Refunds

  • If your order is lost while under Nkuba Shop’s control, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate and confirm whether the item was lost in our possession.

  • Once confirmed, a refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for purchase (e.g., Mobile Money, bank transfer).


3. Timeframe for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately after confirmation.
